PREORDER GLUTEN-FREE SOURDOUGH BREAD x 1 loaf (10 to 12 slices)
Order placed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will only be baked on Monday night and drop off to Line Clear Next Day Delivery courier on Tuesday morning.
Order placed on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday will only be baked on Thursday night and drop off to Line Clear Next Day Delivery courier on Friday morning. We need 2-3 days for pre-order.
We cut and packed our bread at 6.00am in the morning on delivery day.
Gluten-free bread need to rest/cool down for a minimum of 8 hours.
All gluten-free bread are made to order.
Kindly store our breads in freezer to prolong the shelf life of gluten free bread. All natural, no preservatives & additives.

STORAGE TIPS
Once you have received your bread, best keep in the freezer immediately to retain freshness of the bread.
Packed Date :
The datee printed is valid if the bread is store in freezer in its original packaging or in an air-tight container. Best kept frozen for up to 1 month.
Storing in Refrigerator :
Storing the bread in the refrigerator (temperature 2c to 4c) may extend its shelf life, provided it is kept in an air-tight container (2 days). If the bread is exposed to dry refrigerated, it may become dry and stale.
Storing in Freezer :
This is the best way to store gluten-free bread. Keep the bread in its original packaging or in an air-tight container for up to 1 month.
HOWEVER IF FUNGAL/MOLD STARTING TO APPEAR, PLEASE DISCARD IT. THE CONDITION OF THE BREAD AND ITS SHELF-LIFE MAY VARY DUE TO HUMIDITY & STORAGE CONDITIONS.
REHEATING TIPS
Gluten-Free sourdough bread freezes extremely well and when its done properly.
Gluten-Free bread dries out fairly quickly in the days after it’s baked. Gluten-Free bread with higher whole grain content like ours (80% or 90% of whole gluten-free grains) dries out much more slowly compared to a bread with higher starch content.
Tip : To revive frozen bread, preheat oven/air-fryer/toaster to 160 deg cel. Hold the loaf/sliced bread under a filtered running water. Once loaf/sliced bread is moistured, place it in a preheated oven and bake for 10mins.
